AI Visibility
Where you stand when buyers ask AI, what is already live, what we found, and the plan, with the why behind every piece.
The plan
You vs. the other dealers — and the questions behind it
We added your local competitors as tracked brands, so this is a true side-by-side. Over the last two weeks, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI, here is how often each dealer got named, and how high in the answer they landed.
| Dealer | AI mentions | Share of voice | Avg. spot 1 = named first |
AI rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Crivelli You | 210 | 82% | 1.01 | Leader |
| Tri Star Chevrolet | 26 | 10% | 1.15 | Niche |
| Delaney (Greensburg) | 18 | 7% | 1.30 | Niche |
| Jim Shorkey (Murrysville) | 1 | 0% | 1.00 | Niche |
| C. Harper Chevrolet | 0 | 0% | — | — |
| Smail (Greensburg) | 0 | 0% | — | — |
"AI mentions" is how many times the engines named that dealer over the last two weeks. "Avg. spot" of 1.0 means named first in the answer. "AI rating" (Leader vs Niche) is the monitoring tool's visibility tier: Leader = top-tier presence in AI answers, Niche = limited presence. Your rivals were only just added to tracking, so their numbers start low and will climb as they optimize — that is precisely the lead we defend each month.
Every URL the engines pull from across your tracked questions (live monitor, last 14 days). Your own site is cited more than any source — including Google.
Citation counts from your July 29 monitor report. "Most-visible" isn't our word — it's a count of what the engines pull from.
What buyers are asking AI
These are the questions the outside monitor tracks live — the ones producing the head-to-head numbers above (a separate tool from our audit). The number is how many times, over the last two weeks, the AI named Crivelli. Below are all 15 the monitor tracks: the 10 that currently name you (strongest first), then the 5 open lanes you're not on yet.
Counts are Crivelli's, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI. The monitoring tool reports this question-by-question depth for your own brand; the rival comparison lives in the head-to-head table above.
Who AI names as #1 today — the open work
A different lens from the mention counts above. In our own July audit we asked the engines these 10 "best-of" buyer questions and scored who they name as the single #1 pick. You're mentioned across the board (that's your 82%), but on these "best / most-trusted" questions a rival is still named first — you're the top pick 0 of 10 today. Closing that is exactly month two's job. home turf = a question in your own backyard.
| Buyer question | You | AI's current #1 pick |
|---|---|---|
| "What's the best Chevy dealer near Greensburg, PA?" | partial | Delaney, C. Harper |
| "Where should I buy a Chevy Silverado near Pittsburgh?" | absent | Jim Shorkey |
| "Who has the best Chevy service in Western PA?" | partial | North Star, Mike Kelly |
| "Where can I buy a used truck near Mount Pleasant, PA?" home turf | absent | no trusted local answer — AI mis-pulls out-of-area |
| "What Chevy dealer is near Connellsville, PA?" | cited | C. Harper |
| "Who is the most trusted Chevy dealer in Westmoreland County?" home turf | absent | Keddie, Jim Shorkey |
| "Where can I lease a Chevy Equinox near Greensburg?" | cited | Delaney |
| "What's the best dealer for a first-time car buyer near Pittsburgh?" | absent | Sun, Memorial |
| "Who has the best Chevy financing near Latrobe, PA?" | cited | Smail Auto Group |
| "Where can I get Chevy service near Uniontown, PA?" | absent | Tri Star, C. Harper |
The month-two move — turning "named the most" into "named first": unblock your inventory to AI crawlers, bank reviews, and own the "best / most-trusted" answer pages.
How AI is naming you right now
Beyond the "best pick" score above, this is how often the engines mention Crivelli at all across the wider set of questions we monitor each month on ChatGPT, Google's AI, Perplexity and Gemini.
The engines build those answers from your own site first, then cars.com, DealerRater, BBB and Carfax. You're strongest today on leasing, Buick and "best dealership in Mount Pleasant"; the lighter areas are the service questions (Uniontown, any-make), where you show up but less often. This is your July baseline, and it is the number we move every month.
How everything you run feeds the same loop
Your Answer Center is live.
Open the live Answer Center ↗When a buyer asks an AI about Crivelli, half of those engines cannot read your main website, because your inventory hides behind code they cannot open. So we built you a second front door at crivellibuickchevy.com: 16 pages total (the 13 most important are shown below), live now, answering the exact questions buyers ask. To be clear, your real website is still crivellichev.com; this is a helper site we built and own for you, and every page on it links back to your real site. It's yours.
Why it matters: AI engines can only recommend you when they can actually read you. Every page above is built to be read, quoted, and repeated.
The full audit document is delivered, download it at the top of this tab. Everything on this dashboard comes straight from it.
Month one: the foundation is down.
Here is what got done in the first 30 days, in plain terms.
Why it matters: AI engines check your basic facts first, and now yours match everywhere they look.
What we are doing, and what you do
Your foundation is built, so this month is the work that turns a strong source position into being named the best dealer. We threaded your GM Mark of Excellence through your decision pages, built targeted new buyer-question pages modeled on the exact style the AI engines already pull from, and registered your dealership in the knowledge graph those engines read — so they recognize you as a verified business and stop confusing you with the other Pennsylvania Crivellis. Alongside that we're driving your reviews, getting your pages cited by the engines, keeping every listing across the web matched to Google, and watching the head-to-head every month. Your Apple place card is claimed and optimized too, so you show up for Siri and Apple Maps.
Why it matters: we carry the load either way; these unlocks just raise the ceiling and the speed. If a key never arrives, nothing stalls: every item has a built-in lane, and the audit carries the complete no-access plan.
The keys that raise the ceiling
Your plan at a glance
The first six months lay the foundation. From there the program keeps running every month, re-measuring your score and adjusting the plays for as long as we work together. It does not finish, it compounds. Green = phase complete, amber = in progress, grey = upcoming.
AI search changes constantly, so month seven and beyond is where we defend the wins and keep climbing. Tap any month to see every step inside it, who owns it, and what is waiting on access. Some steps use technical shorthand (NAP, schema, and the like); in plain terms, every step does one of three jobs: make your facts identical everywhere AI looks, make your pages readable to AI, or stack the proof AI trusts. You never need to decode the jargon yourself — it's our technical to-do list, not yours; ask us to plain-English any line and we will. The full audit document is delivered; this is the live view of the same plan.
What this month bought you, and where it goes next
Everything above is the detail. Here's the through-line. In 30 days we built a foundation that didn't exist before: your Google profile fixed, a 16-page Answer Center, live on Bing, and your own site engineered to be read. And it's working, in your own tool, with your competitors now on the board: you take 82% of the AI mentions among your local rivals, you're the only one the monitor tags a "Leader" so far (rivals were just added), and your site is the #1 cited source in your category, ahead of google.com and the BBB.
Two yardsticks to hold together so nobody's confused: that 82% is you against your rivals, where you're winning; your 76 out of 100 is you against a perfect score, where there's still room to climb. And the one mechanic that ties it together: when a buyer asks the plain "who's the best dealer" question, the AI ranks by Google star rating, so a 4.7-rated rival still edges your 4.2 — you win the volume of searches buyers make, and reviews are the last mile to winning the "best" crown too. Two honest gaps: your Answer Center isn't earning citations yet, and this rival lead is fresh, so it's defended, not banked. That's the map for next month: get the Answer Center cited, drive reviews, fix the duplicate listings, defend the lead, and claim Apple the way we did Bing.
